New dealers and entrepreneurs are always welcome at SouthPointe Marketplace.  If you would like to set up your business under our roof, there are a couple things you should know:

  • You must be open for business on Marketplace days; we open an hour early for those vendors who do not have the opportunity to come on Wednesdays.
  • Wednesdays are Vendor Day. We encourage new and existing vendors to attend to their booths and move in new merchandise on Wednesday. Wednesday hours are 8:00am – 10:00am and 4:00pm – 7:00pm
  • At this time we only have indoor spaces available, they are priced by size and location. Booths start at $45 a weekend and we require a $65 deposit and a three month lease.
  • We have several show cases for rent starting at $25 a month.
