Thank you for your interest in
SouthPointe MarketPlace. For more information or for
questions on how to become a dealer or vendor at
SouthPointe MarketPlace, please email Jill or
telephone her at (614) 491-4115. Or simply stop by
during our weekend hours or during our vendor hours
on Wednesdays from 4pm to 7pm.
New dealers and entrepreneurs are
always welcome at SouthPointe. If you would like to
set up your business under our roof, there are a
couple of things you should know:

-If you are setting up in our Flea
Market, you must be open for business during
MarketPlace hours. It's not fair to our (and
your) customers to not be able to buy something
because your booth is closed.
-Wednesdays are Vendor Days. SouthPointe
MarketPlace is open to current and prospective
vendors. Doors are open from 4pm to 7pm. We can
also set up additional times by appointment.

At this time, we have several rental
options available:
Flea Market
Run your own booth to maximize your
sales! Booth rentals start at $35 per week and
require a $65 refundable security deposit as well as
a vendor's license (call us for information on how to
get one). You must be open during marketplace hours,
and you must handle your own sales tax. Check with us
on what merchandise is permitted!
Antique Bay
For antique
dealers and collectors.

BOOTH
|
Pay a
monthly rent (based on how much space you
require) to price and display your merchandise.
We sell your merchandise, handle any applicable
taxes and send you a check for 90% of your
sales at the end of the month.

SHOWCASE
|
Pay a
monthly rent starting at $45 to price and
display your merchandise in a secure, lockes
showcase. We sell your merchandise, handle any
applicable taxes and send you a check for 85%
of your sales at the end of the month.

BOOKCASE
|
Pay a
monthly rent starting at $25 to price and
display your merchandise on a bookcase. We sell
your merchandise, handle any applicable taxes
and send you a check for 90% of your sales at
the end of the month.
